Gren Amp (preview)
My second winamp skin ever, and I'm actually really happy with it. Most everything is invisible on it, partially due to aesthetics and partially due to laziness on my part. I assure you, unlike the preview, the actual skin isn't at all fuzzy. Images used were my own screencaps, and the entire thing was made with only Paint Shop Pro 7 and MS Paint.
